Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Serves: 10-12 

Savor a slice of our moist and flavorful banana bread with wholesome almond and coconut flour, ripe bananas, and a hint of cinnamon. This gluten-free and dairy-free treat is perfect for a healthy breakfast or satisfying snack anytime! 

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic): 

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed  
  • 1 c. almond flour 
  • 1/2 c. coconut flour 
  • 1 tsp. baking soda 
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts or seeds of your choice (optional) 
  • 1 c.  coconut milk or almond milk 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. 
  3. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined. 
  4. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts or seeds. 
  5. Gradually add the coconut milk or almond milk, starting with 1/4 cup and adding more as needed to achieve a thick but pourable batter consistency. 
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly. 
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. 
  9. Slice and serve!
