Healthy Fruit Popsicles – Two Ways

Mango Strawberry Pineapple Popsicles

Serves: 6

These Strawberry Mango Pineapple Popsicles are a colorful, refreshing treat made entirely from real fruit—no added sugar, dairy, or artificial ingredients. Each layer offers a burst of tropical flavor and natural nutrition: vitamin C-rich strawberries, beta-carotene-packed mango, and digestion-supporting pineapple. Kids love the bright colors and naturally sweet taste, while parents appreciate the hydrating, alkalizing ingredients that support immunity, energy, and overall wellness.

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic):

For the Mango Layer

  • 1 c. mango chunks
  • ⅔ c. water

For the Strawberry Layer

  • 2 c. strawberries
  • ⅔ c. water

For the Pineapple Layer

  • 1 c. pineapple chunks
  • ⅔ c. water

 

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the mango chunks and water. Blend until smooth. Divide the purée evenly among 6 popsicle molds, filling each about one-third of the way.
  2. Rinse the blender and repeat the process with the strawberries and water. Gently pour the strawberry mixture over the mango layer, filling the molds about two-thirds full.
  3. Rinse the blender once more and purée the pineapple with water. Top off each mold with the pineapple mixture, filling to the top.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks or mold tops. Freeze until solid. If using frozen fruit, they’ll typically be ready in 3–4 hours. With fresh fruit, allow at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for 10–15 seconds to easily release the popsicles.

Cherry Lime Popsicles

Serves: 2

These Cherry Lime Popsicles are a bright and naturally sweet treat made with just two ingredients—fresh or frozen cherries and zesty lime juice.
