Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)
- ½ c. Homemade pumpkin purée
- ¾ c. Brewed and cooled “chai” (black tea with warming spices) or India Spice tea
- ½ Banana
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly ground flaxseeds
- 1 PERQUE Digesta Guard™ Forté 10 capsule
(open and add contents)
Instructions:
- Brew your chai/ India Spice tea, and let it cool completely.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust: add more chai for spice, or a Medjool date if you prefer it sweeter.

Serves 1

- 1 small apple (cored and chopped)
- ½ tsp. fresh grated ginger
- ½ c. cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- ½ .c coconut water
- ½ c. almond milk
- 1 Medjool date, pitted

(open and add contents)
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients and add to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Taste and adjust — add more ginger for an extra kick or more coconut water for a lighter texture.
