Pumpkin-Chai Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)

  • ½ c. Homemade pumpkin purée 
  • ¾ c. Brewed and cooled “chai” (black tea with warming spices) or India Spice tea
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly ground flaxseeds
  • 1 PERQUE Digesta Guard™ Forté 10 capsule 

(open and add contents)

Instructions:

  1. Brew your chai/ India Spice tea, and let it cool completely.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust: add more chai for spice, or a Medjool date if you prefer it sweeter.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Apple-Ginger Tonic Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)

  • 1 small apple (cored and chopped)
  • ½ tsp. fresh grated ginger
  • ½ c. cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  • ½ .c coconut water
  • ½ c. almond milk
  • 1 Medjool date, pitted
  • 1 PERQUE Digesta Guard™ Forté 10 capsule
    (open and add contents)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all ingredients and add to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Taste and adjust — add more ginger for an extra kick or more coconut water for a lighter texture.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the energizing, detoxifying boost!
