Fresh Ginger Herbal Tea

Ginger is an herb that aids digestion. Fresh ginger herbal tea is delicious, and you can make it with just a couple simple ingredients!

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic):

1 – 1 ½ inch ginger root – chopped/grated
1 – 1 ½ c. water
Juice of lime (optional)

Directions:

Place grated ginger into a 2-cup glass measuring cup.
Fill to the 1½ cup line with boiling water.
Steep for 10 minutes.
Strain (if you prefer) into a large mug and squeeze in some fresh lime juice
Sip away!
