Pomegranate-Glazed Brussels Sprouts

This delightful dish combines the robust flavor of roasted Brussels sprouts with a tangy pomegranate glaze, creating a perfect harmony of flavors that will leave you craving more.

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
  • ¼ c. pomegranate juice
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. stone ground mustard
  • Celtic Sea Salt®, to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together pomegranate juice, apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and pour the mixture on top, coating each piece evenly.
  • Bake Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes until they are caramelized.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
