Quinoa Porridge with Berries Recipe

Unwind with our Quinoa Porridge with Berries, a comforting bedtime treat specially crafted to aid in relaxation and promote restful sleep. With its blend of soothing ingredients and calming flavors, it’s the perfect way to wind down your day and drift off into peaceful slumber.

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)

  • ½ c. quinoa, rinsed
  • 1 c. unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • Mixed berries for topping


  1. In a saucepan on the stove, combine quinoa, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes or until quinoa is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  3. Serve the quinoa porridge topped with mixed berries. Optionally, top with a dash of cinnamon.
  4. Enjoy warm before bedtime.
