While conventional wisdom might prioritize the extension of lifespan, the focus is shifting towards maximizing healthspan. After all, what good are additional years if they are marred by illness and suffering? The Truth about Buzzwords: Anti-Aging Serums and Creams

However, beneath the glossy marketing lies a truth often overlooked – the key to true longevity lies not in external fixes but in internal harmony.

Collagen is only renewed from within. Following the principles of Natures pHarmacy, get all of the needed nutrients to build collagen through what you eat, and supplement as needed with Nature’s ascorbate, polyphenolics, omega-3 fatty acids, coenzyme Q10, magnesium, choline citrate, and a super-multivitamin. Keep your urine sunshine yellow. Stay hydrated, get adequate restorative sleep, practice relaxation response, meditation, and stretching before and after exercise.
