Flavor-Packed, Oil-Free Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic):

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into matchsticks or wedges
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Celtic Sea Salt® and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  • Pre-heat air fryer to 400°F.
  • Place sweet potato matchsticks or wedges into a large bowl and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the sweet potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 15-20, minutes, flipping the fries halfway through the cooking time. Adjust cook time depending on the thickness of your fries.
  • Once the sweet potato fries are golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
