Springtime Vitality Fruit Salad Recipe

This delicious fruit salad is not only a refreshing treat, but it’s also packed with immune-boosting nutrients and anti-allergy properties. Loaded with seasonal fruits like blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and citrus, this salad is rich in quercetin – a natural antihistamine that can help alleviate allergy symptoms. Serves 2-3

Ingredients (all ​​organic/biodynamic and washed thoroughly):

⅓ cup pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 orange, peeled, segmented, and cut into bite-sized pieces
½ grapefruit, peeled, segmented, and cut into bite-sized pieces
6 strawberries, hulled and sliced
⅓ cup blueberries
⅓ cup blackberries
1 red or yellow apple, cored and cut into bite-sized pieces
Juice of ½ lime or lemon (optional)


  1. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, orange, grapefruit, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and red apple pieces.
  2. If using, drizzle the lime or lemon juice over the fruit and toss gently to combine.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 10-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Before serving, give the fruit salad a gentle toss to distribute the juices.
