Sugar-Free Pumpkin Cold Foam

Fall is here, and so is your new favorite pumpkin recipe! Spice up your life in a healthy way with this sugar-free Pumpkin Cold Foam, naturally sweetened with dates and packed with seasonal flavor.

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)

  • 1/2 c. canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk
  • 2-3 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1/4 tsp. ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the pitted Medjool dates with a small amount of almond milk (about 2-3 tablespoons). Blend until the dates are completely smooth and well-integrated.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, remaining almond milk, Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and frothy.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 10-15 minutes to chill, which helps it foam better.
  5. After chilling, use a frother* to froth the mixture until it becomes creamy and foamy.
  6. Fill a glass with coffee or tea and pour the pumpkin spiced cold foam over the beverage. Enjoy!
