The Supplements Everyone Should be Taking

While individual needs are different, there are some supplements Dr. J recommends that can benefit everyone.

  1. A super multivitamin
  2. Buffered vitamin C (nature’s ascorbate)
  3. Omega 3 as a micellized EPA/DHA softgel
  4. Vitamin D (sufficient to be within the 50-80 ng/ml range)
  5. Adequate water, wet foods, and beneficial  minerals for healthy hydration
