Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup Recipe

Serves 4

Enjoy a comforting bowl of Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup, made with organic ingredients blended to perfection for a satisfying meal. With aromatic thyme and seasonings, it’s a simple yet delicious choice for any occasion.

Ingredients (organic/biodynamic)

  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of thyme
  • 4 c. of vegetable broth
  • Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt®
  • Pinch of freshly ground peppercorns

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic in a little bit of broth.
  2. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, thyme, and remaining vegetable broth.
  3. Simmer mixture until the vegetables are very tender.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Using an immersion blender, purée the soup until smooth.
  6. Season with Celtic Sea Salt® and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Enjoy!
